BIOGRAPHY

The Pi God. De facto leader of the R$F Voice Regime. Inventor of "Panic Music." Creator of the innovative "Panic Flow" & "Illusion Flow."

EJ Carter, born Earnest Carter Jr. in St. Louis, MO, is leaving his mark on the underworld of hip hop music in an electrifying manner. He brings with him a style that is unorthodox and unpredictable, one that solidifies his uniqueness in a realm of entertainment that sees many artists copying one another. A talented Jack-of All-Trades, Carter works as a rapper, singer, producer, engineer, videographer and photographer for his R$F crew. By fusing simple, catchy hooks with verses made up of complex rhyme patterns that string together multi-syllable words, Carter advances the influence of himself and his crew simply by imposing his will on each song in a self-generated genre labeled "Panic Music." Before starting the R$F movement, Carter had been a solo act under his brother Vido Casino's independent label Nu Money Inc. where his 30+ track mixtape entitled "The Carter 4.5: The Hitstape" saw minor successes in terms of fan reception after its release in 2011. It was around this time that Carter came up with the idea for "Red$hirt Freshmen Ent." and began to reach out to his childhood friends in order to form the crew.

It wasn't until the June 1st, 2013 release of the epic "#Redshirted" street album that Carter saw major returns on his investments. After being downloaded a total of 12,000+ times on multiple mixtape hosting sites, Carter and the R$F crew began to see attendances at shows go from barely 50 people to hundreds of fans showing up regularly to see them perform. After opening up for Twista, Snow Tha Product, Caskey, and a show with Yelawolf of over 1050 fans in attendance, Carter decided to give his newfound fans more music. He released an official sequel mixtape in "#Redshirted2" on May 9th, 2014, an effort that proved to be more successful, being downloaded over 13,000 times on the DatPiff mixtape site. Realizing that a future in music had become a legitimate career possibility, Carter began to take his music seriously while finishing college, and began working on his debut album "Notorious". Since it's digital release on November 7th, 2015, "Notorious" has amassed over 300,000 total streams worldwide. Now, Carter and RSF Voice are ready to breakthrough into the industry in 2017. With his new hit single "Can I Juug?" gaining international attention, the God of the Pi is ready to lead the charge as RSF Voice knocks down industry doors. Resistance is futile. Welcome to the movement.

Welcome to the revolution. STL's reckoning is here.
