Black mike otherwise known as “Black” or “Mike” is a creative aspiring artist who was born in P.G. County, Maryland  & raised in Washington DC as well as mitchellville Maryland, throughout his early childhood years. In 2005 his Mother and him moved out to Bucks County Pennsylvania, where he spent most of his Middle aged teen years. Being raised by a single mother at such a young age was a rough time for mike, which lead to him writing daily about how he felt. Black Mike introduced himself into the music industry as a writer back in 2009, which was very therapeutic for him. Mike began recording in 2013 and decided to make it official to become a recording artist. 

Throughout the years he met his colleagues in community college, who was known as LRE (Lonely Road Entertainment).Blacks started performing at open mics, bars, and other local venues that were in town. After years of gaining his experience performing and continuous networking, Black has performed and traveled across the states and even out of the country. Black Mike has traveled and performed in Denver Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, North Carolina, Montreal, Toronto, Canada and more. Black Mike has had the opportunity to also open up for a many other artist such as  (diverse character, a boogie wit da hoody, tee grizzley, lil xan, Whitney Peyton, smoke purp, pop smoke, jay critch) and more! While touring Numerous places he has delivered sounds of heart felt melodies, to catchy rap flows that many people have attached too, This has drawn a lot of attention and traction towards Mikes career. Mike expresses the pain and how he was brought up in a lot of his music. Some of his recent singles “can’t take it from me” has been featured in the ATL & LA bangers Blogs attatched. While his latest singles “Nobody” “me and my brothers” and “Savage” which drives a sound of empowerment,  is making its way up the charts. He has now independently released his tape “Limitless” which features 13 tracks total. The tape was released on November 29th of 2019, the tape touches upon what Mike has went through throughout the years of dealing with heart breaks, dis honesty, and how he dealt with the Hatred and betrayal in order to turn it into something motivating. 

Since the tape has dropped Black has performed at The New York’s hip hop music festival where Hip hops DJ self was in attendance. Another huge performance took place in Elizabeth NJ with hot 97’s DJ drewski in attendance. Black simply describes the tape as a star in the sky. “I feel as if we all have at least one book in us, everyone goes through some type of pain in there life, it’s just a matter of how you deal with it. I choose to deal with mine through music and live my life limitless. There is no limit to what I want to do, I’m a star in the sky, with no disguise” quoted the young rap star. With that being said we can expect more music, traveling & performances from Black this 2020.
