Bandzoogle Names Dave Cool VP Of Business Development

Musician website and marketing platform Bandzoogle has promoted Dave Cool, an 8-year veteran at the company, to Vice President of Business Development. Cool was instrumental in the recent Bandzoogle partnership with CD Baby that led to thousands of musicians' Host Baby sites migrating to Bandzoogle. In addition to a passion for helping artists succeed online, the popular executive brings key industry knowledge and strategic vision to his new role. Hired in 2012 as the Community Manager, Cool has engaged thousands of artists and created valuable content with the aim of empowering musicians. As the company’s Director of Artist Relations since 2014, he has leveraged industry partnerships to help lead the company to record growth. A frequent Hypebot contributor, Montreal based Cool has spoken at dozens of music conferences including SXSW, Canadian Music Week, SF MusicTech, and ASCAP EXPO.
